SUMMARY

The Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement plays a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our customer experience initiatives. This position demands a strategic and outcome-oriented leader with substantial expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, team leadership, and sales strategy within the customer experience sector. The individual will collaborate closely with various internal departments to guarantee the effective implementation of customer experience solutions that surpass client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the authority in customer experience, guiding clients from proposal development to the execution of their strategies.
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, identifying and cultivating new business prospects.
  • Act as the representative and lead client presentations, webinars, conferences, and interviews.
  • Motivate, train, and assist internal teams to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled and projects are successfully executed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements to strategically position customer experience offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of pertinent professional experience in a recognized organization or as an independent consultant related to market research and customer experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the customer experience industry, including trends, clients, and technologies (such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Forsta, Question Pro, etc.).
  • Client Base: Must possess an existing portfolio of clients and a proven track record of developing and enhancing client relationships.
  • Bilingual (French and English), with experience in both the Quebec and broader Canadian markets.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership and team management abilities.
