Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and providing feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
