Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Standing for extended periods

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40 to 44 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
