* Conducting performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance team performance
* Organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers
* Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintaining attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of restaurant operations
