- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Team Management
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

This is a permanent position with a 40 to 44 hour work week. The work language is English.
