Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive dining experience for our guests, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and oversee food preparation and presentation.
- Financial Management: Manage labor costs, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
