  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues and ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience in a food service or restaurant environment is an asset
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate to support the growth and success of our restaurant
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check and obtain basic security clearance
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, stand for extended periods, and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, reliability, and a strong work ethic
