Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations at 2236336 Ontario Inc.. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

- Work Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week
- Post-secondary education (College/CEGEP)
- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Manage and oversee daily operations.
- Handle incoming mail and distribute materials accordingly.
- Plan and monitor budget and expenditures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Administer contracts and agreements.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Analyze employee data and information.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Oversee payroll processes.
- Establish and maintain filing systems, both manual and computerized.
- Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Evaluate and enhance daily operations.
- Proficient in Automatic Data Processing (ADP)
- Experienced with Google Docs and Google Drive
- Familiar with Sage Accounting Software
- Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Access
- Knowledgeable in project management and accounting software
- Proficient in human resources software
- Experienced with Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Capable of using electronic mail systems
- Correspondence management
- Report and record keeping
- Contract administration
- Statistical analysis
- Financial statement preparation
- Invoice processing
- Business process management
- Criminal record check required
- Must have own transportation
