Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Global Scales and Systems Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office projects, including setting priorities and deadlines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities, including financial transactions and personnel information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. As an Office Coordinator, you will be working in a team environment and will be expected to be a team player.
