About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Multani Planners. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
