Office Coordinator

Steeles Health Center is seeking a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to enhance our administrative operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and possess a keen eye for detail. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining office administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative workflows
  • Delegate tasks to support personnel
  • Establish priorities and ensure adherence to established protocols and timelines
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the organization
  • Implement policies regarding document management in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Coordinate office resources including facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in financial planning and maintain inventory oversight
  • Gather data and prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or certification
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a comparable position
  • Supervision: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mobility: Open to travel as required
