About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AEON Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels, tracking stock movements and ensuring accurate records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other key metrics, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse, including organizing tasks, prioritizing work, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
