Position Overview

As a key member of the Drexel Industries team, the Logistics Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Manager of Marketing & Customer Success. This role is essential in facilitating efficient operational workflows for our 3PL Operations Team by delivering comprehensive administrative assistance across various functions, including client relations, invoicing, performance metrics, systems management, and ongoing support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and upkeep of 3PL systems
  • Onboarding and setup of 3PL customer operations
  • Approval of accounts payable
  • Reporting on key performance indicators
  • Client support services
  • Invoicing and billing

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of systems related to 3PL operations.
  • Facilitate contracts for the onboarding of 3PL clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and IT for the integration and troubleshooting of 3PL customer systems.
  • Document and provide training on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for 3PL customers.
  • Manage the billing processes for 3PL customers, including setup, auditing, and analysis of operational billing transactions.
  • Offer minor technical support to the 3PL operations team.
  • Conduct administrative tasks for operations management, including data reporting and analysis.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in 3PL operations, warehousing, logistics, or a comparable environment.
  • A solid understanding of 3PL systems and their configurations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in KPI reporting and data analysis.
  • Technical skills in basic Windows and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with EDI setup is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range:
$48,000 - $55,000
