About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Global Diversity and Equity and Inclusion department, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement DEI initiatives that align with our organization's overall strategy and goals.
  • Provide strategic direction and advisory services on DEI-related matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver DEI-related learning content and programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Monitor and assess our organizational systems and processes to identify and address barriers that may impact our DEI goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including DEI experts and organizations, to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform DEI-related decisions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a DEI role, preferably in a global organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI initiatives and programs.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to leverage data and insights to inform DEI-related decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
