We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Global Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement DEI initiatives that align with our company's vision and values
- Provide strategic direction and advisory on DEI topics to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver inclusive programs and services
- Conduct research and analysis to inform DEI strategies and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance our DEI goals
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in DEI roles, preferably in a global organization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform DEI strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Human Resources, or related field
