CPP Investments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Manager to champion our commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies that align with our organizational values. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of belonging, promoting equity, and ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to thrive within our global organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions to address challenges related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, fostering a culture of understanding and respect.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion, ensuring that our strategies remain relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience of operationalizing inclusion and diversity strategies and best practices. - Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis to track and improve diversity metrics.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
