Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities: Extensive expertise in Salesforce CRM, encompassing Sales and Service Cloud, along with practical experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) implementations. Proficient in utilizing declarative programming for effective solution deployment. Advanced skills in Apex programming, including Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Processes, and the development of Aura & LWC components, as well as Apex Code for integrations leveraging Platform Events, Flows, and User Security. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), particularly in Advanced Approvals and Price Rules. Strong background in Sales Cloud, focusing on Opportunities, Products, and Service Contracts. Collaborating with Clients' Technology Solution Architects, Salesforce Data Developers, and third-party implementation teams to address Salesforce development tasks in an Agile environment. Offering support and coaching on development processes, methodologies, and Salesforce architecture to Client's Technology Solution Architects and Salesforce Data Developers. Assisting in the formulation, development, and execution of the Client's Salesforce strategy. Creating reusable Apex applications for both internal and client use. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Migration is advantageous.
Required Skills: Significant experience in technical and/or business process consulting. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Over 7 years of experience in the Salesforce CRM industry. More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce declarative and custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL. Expertise in providing solution architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick). Proven track record in designing and optimizing business processes, as well as integrating them across various systems. A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience is preferred.
