Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect to enhance our Lead-to-Cash team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to implement tailored solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers to comprehend their business needs, identifying requirements, and guiding the team through the design, development, quality assurance, and deployment phases of their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Engage with clients to articulate requirements and deliver solutions that optimize their sales processes.
  • Oversee architecture and ensure the implementation of top-tier CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce's point-and-click tools, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows, to configure solutions.
  • Leverage the Salesforce Platform to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Artificial Intelligence team to innovate Salesforce solutions for our clientele.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices and project delivery.
  • Work directly with Salesforce to explore new solution possibilities.
  • Assist our Pre-Sales team with industry insights, demonstrations, and deal execution.
  • Create thought leadership content to enhance the Promote Project brand in the Sales Transformations domain.
  • Rapidly acquire new technical knowledge and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Approximately 5+ years of hands-on project experience.
  • 10+ implementations of Salesforce CPQ or Sales Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or configuration.
  • A strong understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations, with experience addressing complex use cases on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Practical experience in building Salesforce CPQ package elements, Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Knowledge of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices.
  • Client-facing experience in Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management, Discovery and Design, and Enterprise Application Architecture.
  • A solid grasp of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
