About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our Salesforce business, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, including custom solutions and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex and JavaScript development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, and Metadata APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including 3rd party integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, database design, and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and version control systems.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
