Position Overview: Salesforce Experience Cloud Delivery Leader

We are in search of a highly skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Experience Cloud Delivery Leader to significantly influence the evolution of our digital experiences. In this role, you will serve as the Lead Architect, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to meet the intricate needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including experience design strategists, designers, program leaders, industry experts, developers, and capability heads, to deliver outstanding digital experiences that generate business value.

Key Responsibilities

· Spearhead the technical design, development, deployment, and transition of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions

· Conduct solution design workshops to identify requirements and guide solution and technical design

· Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions

· Architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business goals; identify discrepancies between the client's current and desired states; present solution alternatives to the client, weighing the pros and cons of each approach

· Possess a deep understanding of the Aura and LWR runtimes, including optimal implementation scenarios and their implications

· Collaborate with Experience Design (XD) to shape the digital experience, providing insights on out-of-the-box solutions, the complexity of custom features, and translating their vision into technical specifications

· Work effectively with program leadership, including Solution Owners, to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and ongoing product development. Build and sustain high-performing teams.

· Communicate technical concepts effectively, influence decision-making, and foster consensus among stakeholders.

· Partner with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations. Clearly communicate risks and issues along with mitigation strategies. Address delivery challenges, scope changes, and other obstacles by informing and negotiating with program leadership and client stakeholders.

Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel for the Global Salesforce Team

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect

· Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite

· Extensive experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired states, and delivering comprehensive solutions, including third-party integrations, to achieve desired business outcomes

· Profound understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud development, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components

· Familiarity with the Aura and LWR runtimes

· Working knowledge of Salesforce's content management system (CMS) and third-party CMS platforms

· Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) as well as LWS, CSP, and CORS

· Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations, and their impact on platform and component architecture

· Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, as well as database design

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with people leadership experience being a plus

· Capability to act as a Delivery Solution Lead on programs

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary range is $168,000 to $212,000. Additionally, individuals may qualify for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Hybrid/In-office: We operate in a hybrid model, with expectations that team leaders may require onsite presence.
