  • Participate in initiatives that support Indigenous populations
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous employees
  • Foster relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Provide cultural competency training to promote an inclusive workplace
  • Assist Indigenous employees in connecting with Elders for guidance and support
