Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at ComForCare. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of marketing and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing operations and develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts with managed care companies, government agencies, and other payers to ensure optimal reimbursement.
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources and payers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Agency's markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities to identify opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs.
  • Prepare reports of marketing activities and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home health care.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.
