Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and expanding our reach within the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with referral sources, and negotiating contracts with payers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts with managed care companies, government agencies, and other payers to ensure optimal reimbursement rates.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in home health care.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing or business development, preferably in the home health care industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
