Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Halton. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our marketing operations, establishing and implementing marketing initiatives, and negotiating contracts with managed care companies and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing operations and develop marketing strategies to meet agency goals
  • Negotiate contracts with managed care companies and government agencies to ensure optimal reimbursement
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources and payers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Agency's markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors
  • Participate in the annual Agency evaluation in areas of marketing, program development, growth, and expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home health care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
  • Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
