- Handle the distribution of incoming mail and materials
- Organize and plan daily work schedules
- Conduct training sessions for staff development
- Coordinate and confirm appointments
- Develop and implement training and development strategies
- Manage payroll processes
- Facilitate recruitment and staffing actions
- Evaluate workplace environments and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency
