Belle Graphics Inc. is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of our establishment. The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and oversee the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Office Environment

The Office Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a 30 hour per week schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
