Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Techstar Business Consultancy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the flow of information within the team, and direct and control daily operations.
  • Direct and Control Operations: Direct staff, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and train staff.
  • Manage Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision is essential.
