C. C. Finch Albion Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The Office Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to have strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures and will work closely with the team to ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be required to have a strong understanding of office administration and will be able to provide guidance and support to the team as needed.

The Office Operations Coordinator will work 35 hours per week and will be required to have a strong understanding of English. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
