Office Operations Coordinator

K.C & SONS Alberta Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and policies, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

- Coordinate and plan office services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets
- Maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
