Technical Support Specialist Job Overview

As a vital member of our team at DHE BOSS INC., the Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our users.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role

  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and networks.
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems.
  • Refer to user manuals and technical documentation for troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance user proficiency.
  • Maintain a detailed log of issues and resolutions.
  • Prepare equipment for employee utilization.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee incident management processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a small team of 3-4 individuals.
