Position Summary:

Stir Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Total Rewards division. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and management of compensation initiatives that align with our comprehensive total rewards framework. This position requires the design and execution of diverse compensation strategies aimed at attracting and retaining high-caliber talent while enhancing overall performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Partner with HR and organizational leaders to deliver expert guidance on compensation matters.
  • Analysis: Assess existing compensation methodologies and propose enhancements to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Communication: Effectively articulate compensation programs and policies to promote clarity throughout the organization.
  • Benchmarking: Spearhead the benchmarking review process, scrutinize market data, and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
  • Design: Leverage data analytics to create impactful salary and incentive frameworks.
  • Integration: Facilitate the incorporation of compensation data and processes into current systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Industry Insight: Remain informed about market trends and advancements in compensation practices.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and contribute to various Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compensation management, ideally within the financial services sector with a focus on sales compensation.
  • Skills: Proficient analytical abilities, advanced Excel capabilities, and financial modeling expertise.
  • Certifications: A CCP designation or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Workday and Shareworks Solium is preferred.
