About the Role

Sixsense Strategy Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Science and Strategy Analyst/Associate to join our consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will support client project delivery and contribute to the development of strategic solutions for our clients in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and gather scientific and business intelligence data for strategy projects
  • Research and draft therapeutic area reports that capture scientific and business intelligence
  • Manage preparation for facilitated client workshops
  • Develop reports capturing the output of facilitated client workshops and interviews
  • Research and summarize scientific literature
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate successful execution of deliverables
  • Be a client resource on scientific content
Requirements
  • Able to start working full-time within 3 weeks of receiving an offer
  • A comprehensive understanding of the life sciences with the ability to utilize this knowledge across different therapeutic areas
  • A Master's or higher in Life Sciences is required (MSc., PhD., PharmD, etc.)
  • Able to analyze and communicate (written and verbal) scientific information across different therapeutic areas at a level of detail appropriate for the audience
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a project team to execute deliverables within stated timelines
  • Proven writing/communication skills with high attention to detail - both in a narrative style for reports as well as PowerPoint presentations
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in an agency setting would be an asset (Requirement for Associate)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in PowerPoint
  • Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
  • Legally able to work in Canada, a valid passport, and ability to travel to Europe and the US
