Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Compensation Strategy: Design and execute a compensation strategy that supports Emburse's business objectives, including base pay, incentive pay, and equity-related programs.
- Compensation Program Management: Develop, administer, and manage various compensation programs, policies, and procedures to ensure they are current, competitive, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to provide recommendations and strategies for changes to salary grades and job classifications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations as it relates to compensation and ensure compliance with all regulations as they pertain to Emburse's international offices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with administrative functions, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team to build support for compensation processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Compensation Data Management: Ensure data accuracy in all HRIS systems, including base salary, bonus targets, and equity.
- Equity Administration: Administer the equity process, including providing equity agreements to new hires, updating the equity management system, and ensuring approvals for equity have been received.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field – or similar level of experience required.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant compensation experience, with a strong background in compensation strategy, program management, and regulatory compliance.
- Certifications: CPLP, PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP certification is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Advanced computer skills, including mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
