Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR team to conduct analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Assist in creating reports for executive meetings and HR projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data reporting and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI, with experience in data analysis and reporting
