Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to enhance our compensation frameworks within the retail and operations sectors. This role is crucial in maintaining competitive and fair compensation practices that align with our organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Perform comprehensive market research to evaluate our compensation practices against industry standards.
  • Assess salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and other compensation elements to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop compelling job offers that reflect our organizational values.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure the accuracy of compensation data across all platforms.
  • Create and present detailed reports on compensation trends and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that enhance our compensation strategies.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

  • Guarantee that our compensation practices adhere to local laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain best practices in compensation.

Employee Support and Communication:

  • Provide strategic advice to HR partners and management on compensation-related issues.
  • Design and deliver informative training materials on new compensation policies.
  • Communicate our compensation programs clearly to employees, promoting transparency and understanding.

Project Management Leadership:

  • Lead various compensation initiatives, including the development of incentive programs and conducting salary reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful compensation projects and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in compensation or total rewards, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is advantageous.
  • Innovative Approach: You are committed to continuous improvement and seek innovative solutions.
  • Critical Thinker: You possess strong problem-solving abilities and think independently.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Proficiency: You excel in organizing data into professional reports and presentations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, and familiar with HRIS systems.
