Position Overview

  • Assist in the formulation of compensation frameworks that align with organizational objectives
  • Generate comprehensive reports on industry benchmarks and internal compensation structures
  • Oversee survey participation and maintain vendor partnerships
  • Offer compensation guidance to diverse departments
  • Evaluate and design reward programs
  • Engage in special initiatives related to compensation

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team to perform analytics and deliver insights for strategic choices
  • Support the preparation of presentations for leadership discussions and HR initiatives
  • Work cross-departmentally on data analysis and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Compensation
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Expertise in Excel and/or Power BI
