Compensation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our compensation philosophy and strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Compensation Strategy and Development
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Compensation Planning and Administration
- Design and implement compensation plans and programs that support our business objectives.
- Administer compensation programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
- People Analytics and Insights
- Partner with our Director, Compensation and HR Team to support deliverables for HR projects.
- Provide insights and support projects to drive business decisions and measure success of programs and initiatives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate compensation-related information to stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Compensation, with a strong background in compensation strategy and development.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
