This is a unique opportunity to join Allstate Canada Group as a Compensation Strategy Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's compensation programs to support its strategic objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Risk, and HR, to ensure that compensation programs meet the needs of the organization.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on compensation-related matters to Senior Management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales, HR, Risk, and Finance departments.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or human resources, or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data with high accuracy and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Access.
  • Insurance industry experience is an asset, and CIP/FCIP/CRM certification is preferred.
