Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Risk, and HR, to ensure that compensation programs meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations on compensation-related matters to Senior Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales, HR, Risk, and Finance departments.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or human resources, or equivalent working experience.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data with high accuracy and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Access.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset, and CIP/FCIP/CRM certification is preferred.
