As a Compensation Strategy Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employee rewards programs. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our business objectives and attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall direction for incentive and wealth plans, ensuring they are competitive, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with HR Business Partners to understand their needs and integrate compensation strategies into broader talent management initiatives.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and data analyses to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive programs.
  • Oversee the governance framework for all incentive and wealth plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee rewards, identifying opportunities to enhance our programs and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute as a key member of M&A teams, providing expertise on HR due diligence and the integration of compensation plans during acquisitions.

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in managing and designing incentive programs within a financial services environment.
  • Deep understanding of executive compensation principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective incentive plans that drive performance and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
