Role Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to enhance the sales and profitability of parts and accessories for Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and its dealer network. This includes identifying new program opportunities to drive additional sales and support in dropship, national accounts, and future business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate booking programs related to parts and accessories, including seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Operations Manager to develop new opportunities and establish drop-ship suppliers.
  • Oversee drop ship accounts, providing performance analysis and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to boost competitiveness, sales, and profitability for Hyundai and its dealers.
  • Facilitate communication with the Dealer Network and Field staff.
  • Maintain departmental budgets, track vendor rebates, and manage invoices.
  • Assist the Parts Operations Manager in updating and managing drop ship vendor contracts.
  • Support the management of drop ship accounts, offering performance analysis and improvement proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Operations Manager on vendor rebate and reward initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A completed undergraduate degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian automotive industry.
