Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts and Accessories Sales Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing parts and accessory sales and profitability for Accoravillage and its dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage booking programs relating to parts & accessories and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work with the Parts Operations manager in the development of new opportunities and set-up drop-ship suppliers.
  • Oversee drop ship accounts and provide performance analysis and proposals for improvement.
  • Work with suppliers/vendors to improve overall competitiveness, sales, and profit for Accoravillage and our dealers.
  • Coordinate communication to Dealer Network and Field staff.
  • Maintain department budgets, vendor rebate tracking, and invoice management.
  • Support the Parts Operations manager in updating and maintaining drop ship vendor contracts.
  • Support the Parts Operations Manager in managing drop ship accounts and provide performance analysis and proposals for improvement.
  • Work with the Parts Operation Manager to support vendor rebate and reward programs.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
  • PowerBI and/or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market.
