Job Summary

The Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of Honda Canada's accessory business. This is a 12-month contract hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry and excellent business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support marketing programs and campaigns to achieve accessory sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Parts/Inventory team to maintain and update accessory information, including application charts, installation instructions, and image assets.
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain records of financial transactions.
  • Work with the Parts & Service budget to track expenditures and reconcile accounts.
  • Process direct ship sales transactions and adjustments.
  • Provide accessory pricing analysis and forecasting.
  • Advise dealers and zone staff on accessory information and programs.

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in automotive, marketing, advertising, or accounting/finance.
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate understanding of MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Accounting software experience is an asset.
  • Photoshop and design experience at an intermediate level.
  • Working with data cubes for data extraction is an asset.
