Position Summary:

  • Responsible for launching new automotive accessories and developing sales strategies
  • Identifying market trends and opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Managing digital assets and sales tools to enhance customer engagement
  • Being a product expert for the Mobis accessory portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Quality, to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain accessory application charts and digital assets to support sales efforts
  • Analyze inventory trends and execute sales promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to drive sales growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital asset editing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
