Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the sales and profitability of parts and accessories for Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and its dealer network. This includes identifying new program opportunities that contribute to sales growth and operational efficiency in dropship, national accounts, and future business ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate booking initiatives related to parts and accessories, including seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Operations Manager to develop new opportunities and establish relationships with dropship suppliers.
  • Oversee dropship accounts, providing performance evaluations and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to boost competitiveness, sales, and profitability for Hyundai and its dealers.
  • Facilitate communication with the Dealer Network and Field staff.
  • Administer departmental budgets, track vendor rebates, and manage invoices.
  • Assist the Parts Operations Manager in updating and maintaining dropship vendor agreements.
  • Support the management of dropship accounts, delivering performance assessments and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Operations Manager to enhance vendor rebate and reward initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A completed undergraduate degree or a combination of relevant experience and education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian automotive market.
