Position Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office at Automotive Sales Depot Ltd. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and guide a team of 5-10 staff members.
  • Training: Provide training and support to new employees.
  • Meeting Documentation: Record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages promptly.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data and statistics.
  • Inventory Control: Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread various documents.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Security Clearance: Must be bondable and pass a criminal record check.
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential.
