Senior Recruiter

CB Canada is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our client in the telecommunications industry.

Role Overview

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and interviewing suitable candidates using a variety of recruitment methods and tools.
  • Negotiating job offers, engaging candidates throughout the selection process, and effectively communicating the employee value proposition.
  • Maintaining professional communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of all recruitment-related documentation and system updates.
  • Refining and enhancing job descriptions to attract top talent with a keen eye for detail.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate recruiting (in-house) rather than agency recruiting.
  • Exceptional skills in sourcing candidates.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining professional relationships.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in various computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting within the technology or telecommunications sectors is advantageous.

Work Arrangement
