Job Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves identifying, evaluating, and recruiting qualified candidates for contractor positions across Canada. Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous.
COMPENSATION - 60,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee both external and internal recruitment processes, cultivate relationships with various departments, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress to management. Achieve recruitment targets for designated accounts.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of two years of comprehensive recruitment experience is necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong communication abilities, adeptness in task prioritization, and a robust customer service orientation.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
