Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to effectively fulfill a diverse range of positions within SUN PHARMA.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the complete recruitment process for all positions at SUN PHARMA, which includes sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, conducting background checks, and managing the hiring workflow. Partner with HR Business Partners and departmental leaders to identify and assess talent requirements. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract candidates, including online job platforms, employee referrals, social media, community outreach, and campus recruitment. Guide managers on effective interviewing practices and sound hiring decisions. Administer the Summer Internship Program in conjunction with HR Business Partners. Initiate the offer process and provide recommendations based on market trends and internal benchmarks. Maintain current recruitment analytics and reports. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) at the site level, including the preparation and analysis of relevant recruitment metrics such as weekly requisition updates, monthly vacancy reports, time-to-fill statistics, source utilization, and recruitment costs. Stay informed on industry trends; contribute to the development of innovative strategies and initiatives that set SUN PHARMA apart from competitors and enhance the company brand. Ensure all recruitment communications, both internal and external, align with SUN PHARMA's branding strategy. Participate in special projects, including rewards and recognition programs, employee incentive initiatives, referral programs, and retention strategies. Enhance and streamline the employee referral process to ensure cost-effective recruitment practices. Facilitate the process of reviewing and providing feedback on job descriptions and titles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to all human rights and employment standards legislation. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

A collaborative team player with demonstrated professionalism and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with integrity and tact. Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, coupled with strong influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of effectively engaging with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and quality project completion. Demonstrated capacity to develop creative and cost-effective recruitment strategies. Proficient in modern technology, including PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online recruitment tools, including social media platforms. Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong problem-solving skills to serve as an internal consultant on recruitment-related matters. Knowledgeable about HR practices and employment legislation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced HR environment.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business. At least five years of progressive experience in talent acquisition across various roles. Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential.

Working Environment:

The role is primarily office-based, with standard office equipment available. The work environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature, and no hazardous conditions. While the work is predominantly sedentary, some standing and walking may be required.
