Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary focus of this role is to identify, evaluate, and onboard new talent across Canada. Prior experience in recruitment is highly desirable.

COMPENSATION - 60,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the recruitment process both externally and internally, cultivate relationships with various departments, and keep management informed on recruitment progress. Achieve recruitment targets for designated accounts.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

A minimum of two years in full-cycle recruitment is necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong communication abilities, effective task prioritization, and a solid customer service orientation.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Limited travel may be necessary
