About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at BCLOUD Technology Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal talent acquisition and retention.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Applicant Management
    • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills.
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
    • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • HR Support
    • Provide HR support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
    • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
    • Recruit and hire staff.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
